Userend of the news module seems to be nearly finished

It seems like the userend of the news module is nearly done except for some bugtesting and offcourse the adminend.

Changes made to the module today:

Added AJAX powered fulltext-search to News Archive.
Added Browse by Category to News Archive (not AJAX driven to enable searchengines to index the archive too.

Now some bugchecking remains: like checking for ' and " symbols.
