Biography:

For many years many DJs and artists have been operating in de Amsterdam clubscene. They’ve been to hundreds of parties and listened to thousands of DJ sets in their lives as well as performing themselves countless times. A couple of them join forces from time to time to give the party horizon a shake and create excitement that is sometimes difficult to find these days the way it used to be many years ago. I know, we have to stop crying about the Roxy and the Mazzo... Still, these many years of party experience ensures that sometimes really interesting concepts emerge that are worth to be supported. Sound Clinic is a new underground techno concept started end 2007 with a record label and now its first official event, founded by 4 artists/Djs who have been around for some years now. To reveal more about who they are:

- Mario Keglevic is the man behind the live act "Blender". He is a Croatian national but he has based himself in Amsterdam for the past 7 years. In 1999 Mario was inspired to create his own sound after being influenced by sounds of artists such as the Advent, Marco Carola and Umek. In the year 2000 Mario spent most of his time producing tracks in the studio of one of his friends and by 2002 he set up his home studio and decided to focus primarily on creating his own sound and eventually the live act "Blender" was born and released his double album "AQUATIC INTELLIGENCE "on label 'Total Wipes productions" from Italy. In 2007 he released another record with his friends Dj Standox and Dj Dexon on the new label "SOUND CLINIC RECORDS".

- Dj Standox, based in Almere, The Netherlands, brings you the sweet sounds of flowing tribal drums and big banging techy bass line. In the game for more than six years and playing the parties around Holland and international , he has built his reputation on quality tunes and fantastic selection of music. Performed in famous Amsterdam venue, Marcanti-Kingdom alongside with big names like Mauro Picotto, Rino Cerrone, Danilo Vigorito, Advent, Marco Fontani, Deetron, Dexon, Davide Squillace, Elektrik Buddiez and more. He has his own style of producing and mixing records. It is original drive full of tribal influences blended with pumping base. You hear it, you know it and you love it...

- Budapest Delight: The story of these Hungarian chicks - Ms.Syche, aka DANSOR & Szilvia Harsz - started when they both left Budapest in the hope of finding some more musical adventure in the Netherlands. The very first time they met each other, was behind the decks on one of the Womenwaves parties (Ms Syche's concept, this edition together with guest DJ Estroe) in a club in Amsterdam. Because they've only heard about each other and they spoke once on the phone, they had no face to face contact until that moment... The discovery of the fact they actually attended the same grade at the same high school in Budapest was pretty intense. Soon after they combined their forces and established the Budapest Delight nights in Vaaghuyzen, which they managed successfully for 5 years and had seen a lot of special guests such as Vince Watson (UK), Carlos Valdes, Sandrien, Dikkie D, Esther, Eva Maria, Martine, Hepcat, Rombout, Shiva, Andrea, Kyra (HU), Ned (BR) Matik (BE), etc.... Now they are hosting their nights among others in the Getaway Cafe and play all over Holland and internationally.
